Account and purchase support

Write to support@moonfig.app. Include the account email and a brief description. For a purchase, include the store order reference and date. For a technical issue, the app version and device type can help. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or private journal entries to explain an ordinary account issue.

Privacy questions and requests

Write to privacy@moonfig.app for access, correction, a copy of your information, withdrawal of consent, deletion or a privacy complaint. The founder of Innerside Inc. is the person responsible for protecting personal information. We may need to verify your identity before providing or deleting account information.

Moonfig and its support inbox are not emergency or clinical services. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. In Canada, call 911 for an emergency; call or text 988 for suicide crisis support. Outside Canada, use your local crisis service. Do not wait for an email reply in an emergency.
